Remarks
This Broom Skipper 30 was professionally renovated and refitted by Kingsley Farrington in 2006. The boat was stripped back to a bare hull and absolutely everything (other than the engine and gearbox, which were both completely overhauled) has been replaced. This is effectively a new boat! She has been very well maintained and is beautifully presented by the current owners. It is understood that she is in very good order structurally - in fact this boat was personally selected by Kingsley Farrington for his own use some years previous to the refit and the current owner's purchase. This must easily be one of the very best Broom Skippers in the country!
This Broom Skipper offers spacious cruising accommodation for four, and alternatively would make an excellent liveaboard home for a single person or couple. The folding wheelhouse and roll-back canvas roof (effectively a sunroof!) allow the helms person and his companions to enjoy the great outdoors whatever the weather. Currently lying afloat. Photos taken by Topsail (September 2009).
Mooring: Subject to agreement from the berth owner, this boat's current mooring on the northern Broads may be transferred to the purchaser. It is understood that the mooring is currently paid for until March 2010.
