Remarks

This White Boat/Broads Half Decker was previously owned by a professional boatbuilder and was consequently maintained to a very high standard! Under the current ownership since c.2016, she has sadly been sailed very little since (and not launched at all during 2022) due to the vendor's children having regrettably not shown the interest in sailing that had been hoped. Well protected from the UV by her full cover when afloat and a heavy duty full-length cover (not included in sale) whilst ashore, her brightwork appears to remain in good condition. The extreme temperatures seen during summer 2022 have very sadly taken their toll on her topsides however, with splits along the seams, plus a split through a plank towards the bow on the port side (the aft topsides haven't been fully examined), and she does as a consequence require relaunching to take up, remedial repairs and repainting. An ideal winter project for a retired boatbuilder or competent DIY enthusiast! A quick is desired and offers will be considered.

Please note: Professionally completed repairs would likely cost somewhere in the region of £4,500-5,000.
