Remarks

This is a beautiful and distinctive large Broads yacht which was substantially renovated approximately 8 years ago (with little regard to cost), but is now very sadly found in poor condition and in want of further restoration having spent an extended period afloat with very little attention (due jointly to covid and the vendor's ill health). Without doubt a very worthwhile project, ideally suited to someone who has the time and skills required to carry out the necessary works on a DIY basis and the desire to be the next custodian of this lovely old lady.

This boat is understood to require, as a minimum, a new aft deck and several new planks at the chain plates (starboard side), as well as a full programme of cosmetic works. The engine has recently been started (there was initially an issue with the folding propeller having seized, but this has since been resolved following a brief lift out and pressure wash). It's suspected that the ignition may need to be replaced (we understand that it occasionally sticks).
