Remarks
Highly sought after due to their very desirable, low maintenance GRP hull and traditional Broads yacht looks and character, the Landamore 28 is a great option for family Broads cruising. This example is understood to have been the first Landamore 28 built and was privately commissioned. Sadly she was allowed to fall into disrepair and was eventually left abandoned in a dyke near Brundall. She was subsequently bought by Norfolk Broads Yachting Co. and refitted as a bare hull and put into hire. Later sold back into private ownership, she was purchased by the current owner in 2010. Regretfully her survey at that time neglected to show a number of defects that later became apparent, and whilst she has remained in commission and used annually throughout the current ownership, she would now again benefit from a further full interior refit and general renovation works. For sale due to the vendor's relocation, she offers great potential for someone who is willing to invest the required effort to bring her back up to spec., ideally on a DIY basis.
The vendor does intend to get this yacht launched as soon as possible, and it's understood that the damage to the gelcoat at the bow is due to be repaired by the yard.
MOORING: It's understood that the vessel's northern Broads mooring is transferable and would be charged pro rata for the remainder of 2021 from the sale completion date if required.
