Remarks

Privately commissioned, designed and built for the original owner, WWH McGrady of Dundee, Scotland, this traditional Gentleman's Broads Motor Cruiser spent a number of years on the Norfolk Broads before being moved to the Great River Ouse in Cambridgeshire. At some later date she unfortunately fell into a state of disrepair, prior to a change of ownership and major hull restoration in 2012. Sadly the associated interior refit and cosmetic restoration was never completed, and she then spent a further 8 years afloat but out of commission and little used before being purchased as an unfinished project by the current owners in July 2020. Her present custodians have since spent over £15,000 on further hull, structural and interior works, and this very attractive classic motor cruiser is now regretfully again for sale due to a change of plans. It's understood that the vessel requires a number of further works and the interior fitted out, the latter making her an ideal project for someone who is looking to create a unique and very special home to their own design and requirements. Described by 'The Motor Boat' magazine in 1937 as being "somewhat more luxuriously fitted out than the average craft', this special and historic Broads Motor Cruiser could make a fantastic and very spacious liveaboard home, or a pied-à-terre for holiday use and entertaining afloat on the Ouse, Thames, Norfolk Broads or other inland waterway.

It's believed that the vessel may have previously been British Part 1 registered (since cancelled or expired).

A quick sale is desired and offers will be considered!
