Remarks

This fast, race proven River Cruiser Class Broads yacht is a much loved and cherished vessel which has been fastidiously maintained by the previous owner. Understood to be in extremely good and sound structural condition with no rot, she was last afloat in 2017, remaining ashore initially due to the owner's ill health and latterly due to covid-19. Her seams have as a consequence opened up a little, and her topsides do now need repainting. She otherwise appears to be in excellent order - a testament to the standard of care she has received over the prior decade or so. She offers spacious accommodation for four in a comfortable, albeit basically appointed, cabin and would equally suit a family or someone who wishes to participate actively (and most probably successfully!) in local club events and regattas. A very attractive traditional Broads yacht with a good racing record!

Whilst realistically priced to take account of the overdue annual maintenance/pre-launching work currently needed, a good new home is sought and OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
