Remarks
An ideal yacht for family holidays in the beautiful Norfolk Broads! Somewhat unusually for a Broads yacht, Lady Louise has a fixed cabin roof with full standing headroom - great for spending time on board in the evenings and when the weather is inclement. With spacious accommodation for six, the main cabin can comfortably seat the entire crew around the table for meals, games or if entertaining, and the table can be moved into the cockpit for alfresco dining when the weather allows.
Purchased by the current joint owners in 2008, Lady Louise underwent a major renovation in 2010 at one of the best renowned boatyards in the northern Broads and where she has been based for the last 12 years. She has since been wintered ashore annually with all necessary work carried out professionally by the boatyard. Also benefitting from very good sails and a new reconditioned engine fitted just last year, she has again this year been fully appraised and maintained by the yard in preparation for being sold. Presented and maintained to a high standard, with £5,600 spent this year alone, Lady Louise is fully ready to be enjoyed by a new owner! Perfect for family cruising, socialising and spending extended periods aboard, Lady Louise is offered for sale as one of her owners has purchased a motor cruiser and the other has downsized to a smaller Broads yacht.
Broads yachts offering this level of accommodation space and comfort, and also presented and maintained to such a high standard, don't come on the market very often! A quick sale is desired and early viewing is therefore recommended!
MOORING: The vessel's northern Broads mooring is currently paid to 31st March 2021.
