Remarks

The Kent 27 / 8 Metre Class Motor Sailer offers great accommodation in her deck saloon, with large panoramic windows making the cabin a pleasant place to be regardless of the weather! With lots of gear, this well appointed cruising yacht offers a low hours Nanni diesel inboard engine, full cockpit tent (essentially making her large cockpit into an additional cabin!), well equipped galley, spacious heads compartment, cabin heating, good headroom and ample space and berths for up to five, making her an ideal family cruiser. She was purchased by the current owner in 2012 with plans for coastal/inshore cruising in Scotland, but due to an unexpected change of circumstances she has since regretfully (but happily!) only been used as a motor cruiser on the Norfolk Broads (with her mast, spars and sails mostly kept ashore in storage) - and she arguably suits this purpose very well, with her low air draft allowing access to all of the Broads river network. Presented in good order throughout, and afloat and in commission, this is a great family sailing - or motor - cruiser! A quick sale is desired.

PLEASE NOTE: The vendor is willing to arrange for the mast to be re-stepped at his cost prior to completion of a sale if required by the purchaser.

MOORING: It's understood that the vessel's current southern Broads mooring (drying, not where vessel was photographed) may be transferable to the purchaser (annual cost approximately £1,400, currently being paid for monthly).
