Remarks
Purchased by the current owners in 2005 whilst based on the east coast, this Pegasus 700 boasts a lifting keel and fractional rig making her ideal for Broads sailing. She is regretfully offered for sale due to ill health. Freshly polished and antifouled, and just requiring a quick spring clean of her cockpit and decks, she is rigged and ready for launching!
Whilst it's believed that this yacht's hull was epoxied from new, she does now show some evidence of a small degree of osmosis which the vendors have been advised does not require any treatment at present. An estimated cost of approximately £1,500 has been provided by the yard (2018) for treatment (localised grinding, filling and re-coating) should any owner feel it necessary in the future and this cost has been taken into account when setting the asking price. This vessel is currently ashore and available for full inspection.
