Remarks

The Kent 8M Motor Sailer is a great family sailing cruiser with spacious accommodation and a large cockpit, and is ideal for use on the Norfolk Broads having been built locally. This example was a barn find in 2000, part finished and seemingly never having been afloat prior to this date. Her fit out was subsequently completed and she was then launched. She has since been in the same ownership for some 14+ years.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately this vessel was submerged for a short time earlier this year due to a failed seacock. The seacock has since been replaced and she has now been back afloat and dry for a couple of months. She is however as a consequence now being offered to the market as a project and she will require attention throughout her interior, and also to her mechanical (engine) and electrical systems. All offers will be considered! A great project for the coming winter!

MOORING: It's understood that the vessel's current northern Broads mooring is transferable (current cost £75 per month including tender storage as the mooring is only accessible by water).
