Remarks

This Norfolk Broads sailing yacht was originally built by Herbert Woods of Potter Heigham for hire in their own fleet. She has been owned by the current owner since 2013, and the one prior for in excess of twenty years, and throughout this time she has continued to be over-wintered ashore and professionally maintained by the same well-respected Broads yard. She offers extremely well presented and remarkably spacious accommodation for her size, with huge amounts of storage space, a good sized heads compartment, and good headroom throughout (with no lifting roof to manhandle!), making her an ideal small Broads sailing cruiser for a couple or a small family to spend extended periods on in comfort. The absence of a bowsprit, as is typical on Broads yachts, potentially makes her cheaper to moor too! Unexpectedly and sadly for sale due to owner's relocation.

Please note: The additional of a 'low' mast crutch would potentially enable this yacht to pass under all Broadland bridges.

MOORING: It's understood that a southern Broads mooring could potentially be available to the purchaser depending upon space available at the time of purchase (annual cost approximately £1,695).
