Remarks

Owned by the current owner for five years, and the one prior for in excess of twenty years, this Norfolk Broads sailing cruiser has been over-wintered ashore and professionally maintained, including annual repaint and re-varnish, by the same well-respected Broads yard throughout this time. She consequently comes to the market in well presented and good condition throughout. She has spacious accommodation for her size with good headroom, making her an ideal small Broads sailing cruiser for either a couple or a small family. Recent new 5hp four stroke outboard. Unexpectedly and sadly for sale due to owner's relocation.

MOORING: It's understood that the vessel's current mooring on the southern Broads could potentially be transferred to the purchaser subject to obtaining consent from the mooring owner (mooring currently paid for to March 2019, annual mooring fee £1,695).
