Remarks
Unlike their earlier and smallest offering, the long keeled Nicholson 26, the Nicholson 27 was designed as a modern, semi-flush-decked family cruiser which combined good performance with spacious accommodation, and a total of 20 yachts were built between 1978 and 1981. This Nicholson 27 is understood to have had only three owners from new and she would appear to have been well looked after. Ideal for cruising the east coast with her shallow draft bilge keels, she is now for sale as the owner is downsizing. A QUICK SALE IS DESIRED AND OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED!
BERTH: It's understood that this vessel's marina berth has been paid to March 2017.
REGISTRATION: This yacht is British Part 1 registered.
