Remarks
A much admired and extremely pretty broads yacht with a large and accommodating cockpit making for comfortable racing and cruising. She is easily sailed by two, or even single handed, but has room for four or more when sailing. Privately commissioned, she has had only two owners since new, with the first owner keeping her in a wet boat shed whilst in commission, and both owners laying her up annually in a dry shed each winter since she was built. Along with new carbon spars and sails, this river cruiser class yacht had in the region of £10,000 spent on her over the winter of 2012/13 (photographic record available), with structural and cosmetic works undertaken in an effort to minimise future ongoing maintenance. She is therefore understood to be in very sound condition throughout. She was purchased by the current owner in 2002 and is now very sadly for sale due to the purchase of another vessel. A new custodian is therefore sought who will continue to love and care for her, and where she will undoubtedly continue to provide as much pleasure to her new owners as she has done the current ones.
MOORING: It's understood that the vessel's current mooring on the northern Broads (paid for the 2016 season) could be transferred to the purchaser subject to agreement from the mooring owner.
