Rigging & Sails

This beautiful classic Dragon class racing keelboat is understood to be very competitive - she won the Swedish Dragon Nationals in 1969 and 1978 helmed by D Broberg, and was was 2nd in a European Championship in 1995. She has had only three previous owners since new, and all paperwork including original racing certificates and current British racing certificate are available, along with proof of VAT having been paid when she was purchased in Norway from the Olesen Fleet in 1996 and imported into the UK by the current owner. Whilst she would benefit from some aesthetic work (sanding and varnishing) to make hull perfect, she is otherwise understood to be in good order throughout. Described as sleek, elegant and high-performing, the Dragon class is raced throughout the world.

Please note: The photos below were taken in July 2012 prior to launching for British Classic Regatta. The boat was used for Aldeburgh week, and she has been stored under cover since then.
