Remarks

"Hopalong" was built by Jack Powles of Wroxham in the early 1950s for one Brigadier Hopcroft, the then owner of the wherry "Dragon". She has been owned by her current owners for some 20 years, and has been professionally maintained throughout that time. Her owner states that she is a pleasure to sail. She has one or two cracked frames, and her rudder blade has some corrosion at the edges, but she is otherwise understood to be presented in good condition.
