This stunning River Cruiser Class yacht is professionally maintained to a very high standard by one of the best boat yards in the Broads, and she appears to be in excellent condition throughout. One of a class of ten, she started out as a Fairways yacht, was later renamed Wanderbird 4, and came out of hire with Jack Powles in the 1950s. The Fairways yachts were hired by Arthur Ransome a number of times in the 1930s and it is believed that Teasel in The Coot Club is based on these yachts.
