This example has been in the same ownership for 10+ years and has been constantly updated and improved by her current owner. Her 2011 survey report states that 'She is generally in remarkably good condition for her type and age' and that 'During the course of the survey no major structural defects were noted'. A copy of the survey report is available upon request.
