Remarks

This boat is believed to be a 1970's ex-Broads cruiser. She was partially sunk when her current owners found and purchased her. They have restored her hull (welding, etc.) and have stripped out her interior. She is lying ashore, and would make a great project for someone who is looking for a boat to fit out to their own specification to live aboard, or to use as a family cruiser. Although not personally inspected, she looks to offer great potential for her new owners.
