Remarks

This boat is urgently for sale and, whilst she requires some cosmetic work and the portholes replacing (estimated cost believed to be around USD 15,000), she looks to generally be in good order. She was last lifted out of the water in February 2004, at which time her seacocks were serviced, and it is believed that the hull and rudder are both in good condition. She was also surveyed in February for insurance purposes. Unfortunately no survey report was produced, but it is believed insurance cover was granted. The current owner has no proof of VAT ever having been paid on this vessel.

The owner of this boat is very eager to sell, so all sensible offers will be considered.
