5/6 berths in two cabins plus fitted galley and two heads, one with shower.
The boat has a centre cockpit with a doghouse. There is seating to both sides, and the steering binnacle mounted centrally plus a set of dodgers (appear to be new and unused). In addition to the wheel, this also has a compass (currently off the boat), Wagener autopilot system and repeater instruments. The companionway steps lead down into the main cabin where the galley is to port whilst the vessel's navigation station and the entrance to the aft cabin is to starboard. The galley has a gimballed Taylors 041 cooker (2 burners, hotplate, grill and oven), stainless steel sink unit (with pressurised hot - from a Rinnai gas water heater - and cold), an Electrolux fridge, worktop, cupboards, etc. The navigation area has a chart table and the vessel's electronics. Going forward, there is a dinette to starboard (believed to convert into a double berth) opposite which is a storage unit and a full length single settee berth. There is a small catalytic heater at the foot of the mast compression post. Forward again, there is a seat/child's bunk berth and a fitted shelf to port opposite which is the main heads which has a sea toilet, hand basin and shower. There is a glazed escape hatch plus access into the chain locker and a manually operated bilge pump in this area of the boat. As with most Bruce Roberts vessels, headroom is good at about 6ft 3in and her decor (varnished mahogany panelling with pine deck head and oatmeal upholstery) is in good order. She also has a stereo/cassette system. Going aft, the connecting passage to the rear cabin has access to the engine compartment on one side and a pilot berth on the other. The rear cabin itself has a seat, double berth, storage units and a separate heads which provides a Portapotti and a hand basin. There is also access to the vessel's workshop and also to the engine compartment. Navigation equipment includes: Seafarer 501 depth sounder, Shoreline Compact VHF, Wagener autopilot, Philips Navigator GPS, electronic compass and navigation lights. It is believed the boat carries 200 gallons of diesel and 50 gallons of fresh water. The boat has a pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and guardlines. Deck equipment includes a manually operated anchor winch and she carries an anchor and chain. Safety equipment includes: 2 horseshoe lifebuoys and 2 fire extinguishers. There is also a life raft box on deck but it should be noted that this is empty, the actual raft apparently having been stolen.
This boat has come onto the market unexpectedly due to a change of plan having been owned by the seller for only 5 months. Whilst internally the boat is in good order, she does need repainting. It is understood that, at the time of writing, her antifouling is shortly to be renewed. It is understood that her sails have rarely been used.
